I am new to the web hosting community, having little need for hosting files of any type on the internet.
after my experience with Psek, I have to say, being a relative newb to it all, I am having a great experience with my hosting, provided by Psek.
Their customer service is always available, easily accessible, and very helpful, patient, and knowledgable. Sometimes, when I have general tech questions, which come up in our conversations, I get other computer-related help besides my account, like hardware and software configs.

Paul (owner of pSek) is by far the most professional person I’ve worked dealing with web hosting. I've had 4 web hosts in the past 2 years and his company and work ethics have far exceeded my demands. And possible question I had he had an answer for anything that I had an issue with he has fixed, within a few minutes. When I transferred my site over to his company, I was actually at work at the time. Paul took the responsibility to switch it all over from my old host (phpwebhosting.com) to his site totally free of charge and even backed my existing folders for me. Paul is basically online 24/7 to insure fantastic customer satisfaction. And for that Paul you are to be commended. I give Paul a score of 10 out of 10 Thanks Paul!

Prior to pSek, I had 3 different webhosts that were horrible. The servers would go down frequently, technical support took up to a week to respond to my questions, and the price was high. Since signing up with pSek the server has not been down at all (76 consecutive days), the support is super (Instant Messenger, IRC, and email contact), and the prices are cheaper then I have seen.
pSek is excellent, hardware-wise and support-wise....I wouldn't change hosts if I was paid to |
