UPDATE: Issue has been resolved

Issue with load caused from activity of several domains that are locating on the server 'sterling.noc-servers.net'. Furthermore we've noticed that there was lack of free RAM on this server and due to that load has also increased.
For permanent resolving of this issue we've tweaked limits for PHP and 'spamd' processes.
